BOOKING CONDITIONS AND POLICIES AND CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
To better serve you and to expedite your travel documents, please take a moment to read through your confirmation.

FOR ALL RESERVATIONS
Please sign the coordinating portion of the Booking Conditions and Policies Agreement form if you consent to our method for doing business. Additional signatures are required if your party consists of more than one fiscally responsible individual or couple. Verify names and spelling for airline tickets before signing this form.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
An initial deposit of $300 per person is required in order to secure your reservations. If you are using an instant purchase airfare your deposit will equal the amount of the airfare plus $300 per person. Additional deposit amounts may also be necessary to obtain specific airfares. Some lodging companies require higher deposits. Final payment is due 65 days prior to trip departure. Final payments for Holiday Season may be required sooner. You will receive all of your necessary trip documents no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date. However, trip documents, including airline tickets, will not be sent until final payment is received. For reservations made within 65 days of departure, full payment is due to confirm your reservation. Any payment received within 30 days of departure must be made via certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A minimum $25 charge applies on returned checks.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received at our office in writing. Faxes are acceptable. Cancellations received 65 or more days prior to departure will be assessed a $100 per person Cancellation Fee, plus any non-recoverable air or land costs. Cancellations 65 to 31 days prior to departure will be assessed a $150 per person fee plus any non-recoverable air or land costs. Cancellations 30 or less days prior to departure will receive no refund. Any travel arrangements cancelled by Ski.com will provide a full refund for each person in the reservation.
Ski.com does not purport to guarantee snow conditions at any resort at any time, nor will any refund be made should the passenger cancel the agreement with Ski.com due to snow conditions. At times some resorts will provide partial refund or credit for inadequate snow. In this instance, Ski.com will refund all monies less non-recoverable costs and the $150 handling fee.

CHANGES AND LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Ski.com reserves the right to charge a reservation change fee of $35 per person for each change made after the initial reservation. Bookings made within 30 days of departure will be charged a last minute booking fee of $35 per reservation.

LATE PAYMENT FEES
The final payment on a reservation is due 65 days prior to the departure date. The deposit on reservations is due within 10 days of the date the booking was made. There will be a $5 per day late fee charged to your reservation if either your deposit or final payment is late. Travel documents will not be sent until you have paid for your reservation plus any late fees or change/cancellation fees.

PRICES
Suppliers reserve the right to increase their prices without notice (i.e., fuel surcharges or Passenger Facility Charges by an airline, change in lodging tax, etc.). Any increased costs of this nature will be passed on to the client. Prices based on foreign currency are subject to change, due to currency fluctuations.

NO REFUND FOR UNUSED SERVICES
Refunds or allowances will not be made for transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, services, or other portions of the tour that are unused on or after the tour departure date.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Please remember that the airlines require that each adult passenger present a photo ID at the time of check-in, which matches the name printed on their airline ticket. All flights booked are subject to schedule changes by the airline; these are outside the control of Ski.com. Should your air travel schedule be changed by an airline, Ski.com will make every effort to accommodate your party with the most convenient flights possible. We encourage you to verify your flight itinerary 48 hours before departure with your airline carrier. During your travel dates the airlines are responsible for accommodating you in the event of travel delays unless due to inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather the airline will use its best efforts to accommodate you. Ski.com is not responsible for any additional lodging or transportation costs you may incur. Ski.com will attempt to accommodate your requested seat preference, but we do not guarantee seat assignments.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent to you no later than 14 days prior to departure. If you have purchased paper airline tickets as part of your package, they will be sent via our Federal Express and will require a signature. Documents will not be sent until full payment is received in our office from every member of your party. Also, documents will not be sent until we receive this form signed by the individual booking the trip (for parties paying only by check) and/or for every member of the party paying by credit card.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We offer and recommend trip interruption and cancellation insurance. We recommend purchase no later than time of final payment. Please visit the website at www.tidirect.com/lynx.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of Ski.com and/or its agents are limited. Ski.com, acts only as an agent for clients in regard to travel and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay which may occur either by reason of defect through acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours or direct or indirect acts of God, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, riots, strikes, or from any causes beyond the control of Ski.com. Tour services, including lift tickets, transportation, room or lodging accommodations are furnished by independent contractors (suppliers) and do not act for or on behalf of Ski.com. The acceptance of tour arrangements is deemed to be a consent to the above. Ski.com, is not liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any act, error or omission or for inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death arriving out of tour arrangements. In the event of inclement weather or other causes or events beyond the control of Ski.com, which results in delays, it shall not be the responsibility of Ski.com to pay for resulting cost and expense, including, but not limited to, additional lodging, meals, transportation, or other expenses.
